SQUAD ANNOUNCEMENTS - 1st XV, 2nd XV and Colts XV
It’s a busy weekend ahead for our Senior and Colts sides, with all 3 teams in action...
Starting tomorrow we do something that we haven’t for many years, as both the 1st XV and 2nd XV travel away to North Walsham together, to face their 2’s and 4’s respectively. As always, all travelling support would be hugely appreciated!
It’s game week 6 in Counties 1 EC for the 1st XV. After their victory over Cantabs last weekend, the side find themselves in 7th place in the league, 2 points and 2 places behind tomorrows opponents. Victory would see them leapfrog them into the top half of the table, however this will be no easy task.
Head Coach Des Lloyd has named a mostly unchanged squad for the fixture, with only Joel Scott Paul and Jim Reed unavailable from last weekend. Into the squad comes Chris McGrath and 1st XV debutant Alfie Allen, who becomes the latest graduate of our Colts XV to be selected for the side, a feather in the cap for the club and his coaches.
