Result-wise, it wasn’t what we wanted, and losing by a single point on the last kick of the game is heartbreaking—especially after leading 21-5 at halftime. Unfortunately, discipline cost us. Three yellow cards in a game is unacceptable, and spending 20 minutes with 14 men—plus another 5-6 minutes with just 13—was ultimately what cost us the match. We need to be better, and Diss away must be the turning point.

BUT it’s not all doom and gloom. While the results didn’t go our way, we saw some real positives off the pitch. We had a fantastic VP Lunch, with a fantastic curry provided by Le Spice with over 60 people in attendance. A huge thank you to Emma Gunbie & Chris Day for their hard work in organizing such a successful event.

A big shoutout to 4D Dancers for their brilliant performance before kick-off. Unfortunately, their halftime routine had to be cut short due to the second half starting, but we truly appreciate their contribution.
