As you may be aware, we currently have an unauthorised encampment of around 12-14 caravans on pitch 3. Despite our best effort to secure the pitches, our visitors forced entry on Monday morning.

The relevant steps are being taken to see them move on from the pitch, and site owners EOSA have called in external security to guard the premises, however we will be shutting down club sessions until further notice. We advise members do not visit the club, and insist that no one attempts to enter pitch 3, even after they have been moved on! We will advise when sessions are able to resume.

Short term provisions are being found, with plans for the seniors to train off site at Cherry Hill on Tuesday and Thursday this week. Age grade sides are also looking at the situation and their admins will advise if their sessions will still go ahead.

Should the pitches remain inaccessible for a longer period, we will advise next steps.
